TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Prior intimation with leeway of Four Working Days is required to effect delivery on a specific date, otherwise a surcharge of 50%of the selling price will be charged.

• A personal Message if any on the standard card to be sent along with the gift can be arranged at an Extra Cost of Rs. 50/-

• Delivery of the said item is subject to Security Clearance at the point of entry.

• Delivery will be made only in the Municipal Limits of the said city.

• Normal Delivery Hours are 10 am to 6 PM., deliveries beyond normal working hours and on Sundays/National/State Holidays shall be arranged at an Extra Cost of Rs 50/-

• Delivery will presume to be made if any person at the specified address accepts the item on behalf of the consignee. No claim for Non Acceptance of the Gift Items shall be entertained.

• If after one attempt, delivery of non Perishable Item is not effected a note requesting of Consignee to collect the item within 48 hours from the local Indiancultureonline.com’s office shall be left at the address.

• It after one attempt, delivery on non-Perishable Item is not effected No Claim shall be entertained.

• Indiancultureonline.com. shall not be liable to claim, nor be responsible for any consequentially losses in any force majeure circumstances.(to be constructed in widest possible sense)

• In any other events the maximum Liability will be equal to the ordervalue.

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, if the Consignor wishes to withhold the delivery the same day may be arranged through the booking center. However, no refined shall be made such events
