India's first Handicraft Online Shop on Internet is now operational and is seeing a tremendous growth rate in the products being offered and visitors / customers to the web site. IndianCultureOnline.com has its network of around 1100 location within India to serve. We have tied up with India’s premier logistic agency Blue Dart Express Ltd. IndianCultureOnline.com, is operational since April 1999 and received encouraging response within first month of its launch. We are in process of incorporating lots of new features and services on our web site. IndianCultureOnline.com offers you a remarkably low-risk, cost-effective way to reach qualified online shoppers form India and abroad.

HOW IT WORKS
Web site visitors are able to browse, search and buy a variety of products. After searching the website either by category, product or keyword the website visitor is presented with a visual display of the product along with description and pricing information of the product. An easy to use "shopping cart" interface allows visitors to add their purchases to a "shopping cart". When one is ready to check out, the total payable is automatically calculated. Payment is made online via credit card (International VISA, Mastercard, American Express), local checks (selected Cities), Demand Draft, Wire Transfer, Money Order etc.

AVAILABILITY & STOCKING
Products must be delivered by the vendor within 24 hours of receipt of order to Dwarkadhish Agenciess head office or warehouse. Certain minimum stock quantities may be stored at Dwarkadhish Agenciess warehouse facility, to facilitate quick despatch of goods. Dwarkadhish Agenciess reserves the right to determine which products are kept in stock and what minimum quantity is required

ORDER PROCESSING IS SIMPLE
Vendors will receive written confirmation of orders via fax or email from Indian Culture Online.Com within minutes of the order being placed by a web site visitor. The vendor will then arrange to deliver the products duly packed to Dwarkadhish Agencies: Rajkot.

However, for the vendors outside Rajkot, the pickup arrangement can be made by mutual understanding to facilitate faster customer services.

DELIVERY
Delivery of products is affected Monday though Saturday at 6 pm. from our warehouse and head office locations. Products are delivered via courier to destinations all over India and usually reach the customers within 2 days.

PAYMENTS. COMMISSION & PRODUCT PRICING
Option: 1
Indian Culture Online.Com collects all payments (via credit card / other options) for products sold and payments to vendors are made on the 15th of each month for goods sold in the previous month. E.g. Payment on November 15 will cover all sales made in the month of October.

The pricing of the products/services is left upon vendors, Indian Culture Online.Com is free to decide the pricing on its online mall under option 1.

The benefits to the Vendors under option 1

  • Placing of Products with Indian Culture Online.Com is Free of Cost to vendors.
  • Vendor is free to decide the product(s), Pricing, Nos. of the Products subject to conditions…
  1. Indian Culture Online.Com will add appropriate mark up on pricing to cover the overheads and profit on the vendors pricing.
  2. Vendor will deliver the product to Indian Culture Online.Com within 24 hrs., form the receipt of the orders.
  3. Vendor will notify Indian Culture Online.Com in advance [at least, before 7 working days], if some of vendor’s product going out of stock, or else manufacturer stops manufacturing product(s). If vendor fails to supply any Product(s) on describe time here [within 24 hrs.], he will be penalized for the same. The penalty will be equal to the price of the product to Indian Culture Online.Com. This will be deducted from the security deposit.
  4. Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to unit price/ unit [for 1 unit], should be made with Indian Culture Online.Com. This deposit remains with Indian Culture Online.Com until vendor withdraws the products back. The deposit will be returned in about a week from the withdrawal of the product(s)/ Services. Suppose a vendor decides to put 3 products A, B and C at our mall, at Rs. 200, Rs.300, Rs. 500 respectively, the security deposit for these 3 products will be Rs. 1000 [ Rs. 200+ Rs.300+ Rs. 500]
  5. Indian Culture Online.Com will not sale the products with Vendors’ Brand and will promote the products with its own brand.
  6. Indian Culture Online.Com will have liberty to decide the kind of product to be placed, nos. of products to be placed from a particular vendor, nature of product etc. Indian Culture Online.Com may withdraw any product(s) at its own discretion. However, in this case, vendor is entitled to full refund of the deposits provided he is not penalized under condition 3.
Option: 2
The pricing of the products/services is left upon vendors, Indian Culture Online.Com will charge the price determined by the vendor under option 2.

The benefits to the Vendors under option 2

  • Placing of Products with Indian Culture Online.Com is at the fraction of cost vis-à-vis the cost of display in physical world.
  • Vendor is free to decide the product(s), Pricing, Nos. of the Products subject to conditions…
  1. Indian Culture Online.Com will charge fix charges and will not add anything to the pricing determined by the vendor.
  2. Vendor will deliver the product to Indian Culture Online.Com within 24 hrs., form the receipt of the orders.
  3. Vendor will notify Indian Culture Online.Com in advance [at least, before 7 working days], if some of vendor’s product going out of stock, or else manufacturer stops manufacturing product(s). If vendor fails to supply any Product(s) on describe time here [within 24 hrs.], he will be penalized for the same. The penalty will be immediate withdrawal of the vendors all the products with Indian Culture Online.Com
  4. Security Deposit: No Security Deposit under this option.
  5. Indian Culture Online.Com will sale the products with Vendors’ Brand and will not promote the products with its own brand.
  6. Indian Culture Online.Com will have liberty to decide the kind of product to be placed, nos. of products to be placed from a particular vendor, nature of product etc. Indian Culture Online.Com may withdraw any product(s) at its own discretion.

A commission of 7.5% is deducted from the sale of products and the net amount is remitted to the vendor. All products must be priced below their list price or MRP. Commission on sales is not applicable for vendors in the service network where no tangible product is sold.

PRODUCT PLACEMENT & VENDOR PRICING
The rates you pay to secure a spot for your products on indiancultureonline.com go toward purchasing valuable online and traditional advertising space for our vendors and to strategic marketing plans designed to drive an ever-increasing number of shoppers to indiancultureonline.com.

Product Placement
We require photographs (positive) of product to be displayed / sold, a brief description of the product and keywords by which they may be identified, list price (or MRP) of the product and special price at which you would like to sell it at indiancultureonline.com
 

Kindly fill out vendor registration form, using additional product forms as necessary (remember to enclose visual / images of your products / services), and return the same to us so we may process your registration.
