Q2 .Who are likely to benefit from this service?

This service should be most useful to Indians living outside India trying to reach out to their near and dear ones. Your relatives and friends with whom you wish to communicate may not have Internet or Email access. Hence either you need to use the telephone or fax (which can be quite expensive) or send a letter by regular mail (which can take between 10 to 15 days to be delivered). Using this service your message can reach the recipient within 2 to 4 days.

Q3 .What is the charge for using this service?

There is no charge payable by you to us for using the service. This service (including receipt of the message at our end, printing it and sending it through paid mail service) is provided to you with our compliments.

Q4 .How can I use the service?

To use the service, go to the "Send your message" section. Here type in your details (in the column marked 'sender details'). Now type in the details of the person to whom the message is to be delivered (in the column marked 'receiver details'). Please take special care to type in complete name and address of the receiver so as to ensure that the letter can be properly delivered. Now type in the message (in the column marked 'message'). After finishing the message, click on the "Submit" button. You will receive a confirmation from us (at the email address given by you) regarding receipt of message at our end. Please, note that your message should not excced 400 words limit, however it can be more then 400 words as long as it is accomodated in Single A 4 Size page. If you want still a long message brake your message in 2 or multiple part as per your requirements. A single message more then a single  A 4 page, will be treamed [the content beyond single A4 size, will automatically be deleted, by our software.

Q5 .How much time will it take for the message to be delivered?

At our end we will process the message and mail it within 24 hours of its receipt from you. Depending on the destination within India, the postal time that will be taken thereafter can be a minimum of 1 day, to a maximum of 8-9 days. Thus it will take from a minimum of 2-3 days to a maximum of 9-10 days for your message to reach its destination, after you submit the same. This is notwithstanding postal holidays and other uncertainties.We move all the mails through Indian Postal Network and hence reliability of the Postal Service Questionable! Q6 .How many messages can I send?

You can send any number of messages as you like. However we would like to discourage the usage of this service for the purpose of commercial mass mailing. The size of each message sent by you needs to be limited to 400 words / 40 lines. In case you wish to send a longer message you will need to break up your message into two or more messages (depending upon the size of the message) and send each part of the message as an independent message.

Q8 .Do I get a confirmation regarding delivery of message?

While we cannot guarantee delivery of messages or generate any confirmation to you in this respect we will confirm to you (at the email address specified by you in the sender's information box) regarding receipt of the message at our end. Q9 .What parts of the world are covered by this service?

Messages can be sent from any part of the world. There is no restriction on geographical location of origin of an incoming message. Howevwer, we discourage message originated within India. We will deliver the message only within India. The entire country is covered by our service.

Q10. What are the possible reasons why a message can get delayed or not reach at all?

a. Incorrect or incomplete address given,
b. Missing PIN CODE in receiver address,
c. Sender email address not given,
d. Did not 'send' correctly (did you receive email confirmation for messages sent? did you see the thanks message on screen after sending the message?),
e. Messages originated within India,
f. Business related communication sent,
g.postal delays in India.

Q11. Will we get information if our message does not reach?

It is possible that due to short address or incorrect address, your message does not get delivered to the recipient. Due to the sheer volume of messages that we will handle, it will not be possible to inform you regarding the non-receipt of your message by your recipient. It is therefore in your interest that you use a correct and complete address for the recipient.
